Courtyard the central outdoor space connects each building and becomes the heart of the property, a floating stair elevates to the upper roof deck for unobstructed views of the coastline
Al Fresco each bedroom volume has it’s own open air showering experience and private patio for an afternoon nap
Views each building has been carefully oriented to maximize views and maintain privacy both externally and internally
Slope the steep slope and direction of the site posed challenges, the main living level has been elevated to maximize views and orientations
Openness the main living space opens completely to the ocean on one side and the hilltop on the opposite
Entrance the building maintains privacy from the main street offering only a small glimpse of the life within
